The Parkes Show Rural Ambassador Competition started in 2022, and is open to all young people 18-29 who have a passion for agriculture, Parkes Show and networking with likeminded people.

This is an award designed to connect, develop and celebrate young people who have a genuine interest in rural and regional Australia. The competition consists of a networking lunch, a one on one interview with a panel of judges and a short public speaking presentation.

Nominations close with the Show Secretary on 18 August 2025.
